What to have ready
- The delivery address, including the town — the rules follow the town the property is in, and in Barnstable the village sets which fire district issues the permit
- What is going in — and especially whether any of it is concrete, brick, dirt, shingles, tile, yard waste, mattresses or appliances, because weight and the Massachusetts disposal bans change the plan
- Roughly how much: rooms, the size of the roof, pickup loads, or a photo of the pile
- Where you want it set — driveway, lot or job site — and whether your HOA has rules on containers
- When you want it, how long you expect to need it, and whether a demolition is involved, since MassDEP wants its notices ten working days ahead

Where we deliver
We run roll-off containers out of our yard in East Falmouth to every town and village below. Many orders go out same-day when availability allows; distance and route timing decide the rest. Can I book online?
Every job is confirmed with a phone call, because the questions that decide the price — material, weight, access, any placement rule — are faster to answer out loud. Email info@capecoddumpsterrentals.com for written estimates or project details, or to send photos, and we respond by the next business morning.
What are your hours?
The phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We deliver and pick up Monday through Saturday, with weekend service depending on scheduling and availability, and we offer limited emergency and after-hours support when available. We do not promise night or Sunday drop-offs.
Can I visit the yard?
Most scheduling is done remotely, but contractors and property managers can request an in-person appointment at 19 Tradesman Cir, East Falmouth, MA 02536. Call ahead so somebody is there to meet you.
How do I pay?
We accept major credit cards and electronic payments, and approved business checks. Payment in full or a deposit may be required before delivery, and business clients and contractors can receive invoices by email. Where an independent provider handles the rental, billing may be handled by that provider — we tell you on the call.
Do you serve my town?
If it is on Cape Cod, yes. The service area page lists all fifteen towns and Barnstable's villages, each with its own page, including what each town says about street placement and hauling. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, call and we will confirm right away.
How do I schedule a pickup?
Call or text when the container is full or the job is done, and we schedule a prompt pickup, often within 24 hours. You do not need to be home as long as the area is accessible. Contractors managing multiple projects can pre-schedule swaps and recurring pickups.
