Residential Dumpster Rental
Driveway-friendly roll-off containers for Cape Cod homeowners clearing garages, attics, remodels, roofs, moves, estates and yards.

Services
Seven service lines out of one yard in East Falmouth. Same containers, same flat-rate pricing — what changes is how the load gets sized and what has to stay out of it.
Every job we do is a roll-off container with a different conversation around it. A homeowner clearing a garage in Falmouth, a roofer on a tear-off in Sandwich, a property manager turning over a rental in Hyannis and a landscaper clearing storm limbs in Chatham all get the same clean container and the same flat-rate pricing. What differs is the sizing, the placement, where the load goes and what the town where the job sits has to say about it.
The pages below explain each service the way we would on the phone. If your job does not fit any of them neatly, call (508) 388-1861 and describe it — most do not, and that is fine.

How it works
Most bookings take a few minutes.
One short conversation. We ask the address and the town — in Barnstable, the village — what you are clearing, whether a cleanout, a renovation, a roof, a yard or a job site, what is going in, roughly how much there is, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us.
We recommend the right size, so you do not pay for space you will not use or run out of room, and you get a clear, flat-rate price that covers delivery, pickup, the standard rental period and disposal within the included weight. If it is concrete, shingles or dirt, we say up front that weight decides the size.
The driver sets the container on the driveway, lot or job site where you asked, on a flat, solid surface rather than the lawn, with protective boards on request. Often same-day or next-day, when availability allows. You do not need to be home if the spot is marked and clear.
Keep it level with or below the top edge and keep the problem items out — paint, solvents and automotive fluids, fuel and propane tanks, batteries and electronics, tires, medical waste, asbestos and hazardous chemicals, plus what Massachusetts bans from disposal, such as mattresses, appliances and recyclable cardboard. Need more time or a swap mid-job? One call.
Call or text when it is full or the job is done and we schedule a prompt pickup, often within 24 hours. The load is covered for the road and goes to licensed disposal and recycling facilities, with metal, concrete, clean wood, cardboard and yard waste recycled whenever possible.
A two-minute call gets the size right, a straight answer on price and a delivery window.

Describe the job and we will say. Roughly: homeowners want residential, builders want construction, businesses want commercial, people who would rather not lift want junk removal, and anyone in a hurry wants same-day.
No — the containers and the way we price them are the same. The difference is how we size and schedule the job.
Yes. Standing swap schedules and monthly invoicing are routine for property managers and contractors.
Yes — all fifteen towns of Barnstable County, with their own pages for Barnstable's villages of Hyannis, Osterville, Centerville and Cotuit. What differs from town to town is the street rule, the hauler rule and the transfer station — Bourne's Select Board approval for a dumpster on a public way, Mashpee's dumpster-contractor licence, Harwich's obstruction licence, Chatham's ban on obstructions that block parking or sidewalks, Truro's Building Commissioner permit and Provincetown's pest control contract — and each town page says what that town asks for. Everywhere, a container left overnight needs the local fire department's permit. We are licensed and insured.
Where we deliver
